I believe a good leader is a person who knows when they need to take charge. At the same time, they can let other people take lead and work with them to achieve the common goal. Leaders must be tough enough to fight but tender enough to cry. Leaders must be human enough to make mistakes, but also humble enough to admit them. I try to always empathise and see what positive additions I can make to their efforts or what initiative I can take to even do better. Je veux aborder les themes concernant l'accés à l"eau potable et la destruction de notre environnement.
